How do they work?

Our bags are made from sustainable materials such as recycled polypropylene.
The metal rivets are moisture-resistant, so you can take the bag with you everywhere.
To close the bag more securely, you can place the linen pouch (which comes with the bag) inside it.
At Muntané BCN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the process is very simple:
- Returns/Exchanges Policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date. For promotional or clearance items, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Item Condition: Products must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Refund: It will be processed once the order arrives at our workshop. Shipping: Spain 3–5 business days, Portugal 4–6, France and the UK 4–10.

How much does shipping cost?
- In mainland Spain, shipping costs €3.95.
- In Spain (Balearic Islands), shipping costs €5.60.
- In Spain, shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla costs €9.44.
- In Portugal, shipping costs €5.79.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email, along with the Correos tracking number for your package. Track your order on the Correos website.
Do you ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife, and the Balearic Islands?
Yes, of course. Although the shipping costs are a little higher.
How do I return the product?
If you don't like the product and want to exchange it (and it's been less than 7 days), please contact us and we'll send you a return label.
You need to go to the post office with the package and the label we provided, and return it there.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged from shipping?
Please contact us to arrange a return.
