📦 Order Processing Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The shipping time begins once the package leaves our warehouse. During periods of high demand (sales, Christmas), delivery times may be affected.
📬 Delivery: When your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If you're not available at the time of delivery, the shipping company will send you an email to reschedule or pick up your order at a nearby location.
🔍 Lost Orders In the rare event that your order is lost, we will cover the full cost and send you a new order at no additional charge.
