RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

⏰ Deadlines
- Items at regular price: 30 days from receipt of the order
- Clearance items: 14 days from receipt of the order
- During special promotions, we may extend the deadlines—please check the specific terms and conditions for each promotion
📌 Changes
- Exchange fee: €7 (mainland Spain) — includes pickup and reshipment
- If you are outside mainland Spain and would like to make a change, please email us at info@muntanebcn.com and we will get back to you
📦 Returns
- Flat rate of €5 (mainland Spain and Portugal) — we'll send you a Correos shipping label; take the package to the nearest Correos office or pickup point
- If the item arrives defective or there is an error on our part, exchanges or returns are completely free of charge
- The refund will be processed within 5 business days of our receipt of the item
- You can also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund
✅ Item Conditions: For a return or exchange to be accepted, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the returned item arrives used or damaged, we will not be able to process the refund and will contact you to resolve the issue.

- Clearance items sold after the 14-day period
- Gift cards
💳 Refunds Once we have received and inspected the item, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days. If you have not received it after 10 business days, please contact us at info@muntanebcn.com.
🎁 Is this a gift? Don't worry—we also accept exchanges and returns. Email us at info@muntanebcn.com with the full name, email address, and/or order number of the person who made the purchase, and we'll take care of it.
