TIPS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR HANDBAG

Every Muntané bag is 100% handmade and may have minor imperfections: a slightly loose rivet, a rounder shape, or a slightly different weave.

Although these are part of their charm, here are a few tips to easily fix them.

1. The bag has lost its shape

If something arrives misshapen from shipping, you can apply heat with a hair dryer set to medium and reshape it with your hands to restore its original shape (whether it’s more square or rounded).

You can also stuff it with something heavy—such as rolled-up towels—and hang it up for a few hours.

For best results, combine these steps.

2. Small loose strands are sticking out of the braid

Sometimes, small loose strands of material may stick out from the braiding.

Don't worry: the webbing won't fray or get damaged—it's very durable.

You can simply cut them off with a pair of small, fine-tipped scissors without causing any damage to the bag.

3. A rivet has come loose

In very rare cases, a rivet may come loose or fall out.

The quickest solution is to visit a local cobbler or repair shop, where they can easily replace it at virtually no cost.

4. How to Clean Your Bag

To clean it, all you need is water. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth, and the stains will come right off.

Since it's waterproof, it doesn't require any additional products or effort.
