Our bags are made from sustainable materials such as recycled polypropylene.
The metal rivets are water-resistant, so you can take the bag with you wherever you go.
To secure the bag more tightly, you can place the linen pouch (which comes with the bag) inside it.
At Muntané BCN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the process is very simple:
- Return/exchange policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date. For items on sale or clearance, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Item condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the order arrives at our workshop. Shipping: Spain 3–5 business days, Portugal 4–6, France and the UK 4–10.

Does the bag have a clasp?
Yes, the bag comes with a cotton pouch that fits inside to keep your belongings safe and secure.
How much does shipping cost?
- In mainland Spain and Portugal: €4.95 (Free shipping on orders over €70)*
- In the Balearic Islands: €6.95.
- In the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €10.95.
- Other European Countries: €7.95.
How can I check the status of my order?
As soon as your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number from Correos. You can track the status of your order on the Correos website, and you can always contact us if you need help.
How do I return or exchange the product?
If you don't like the product and want to return or exchange it (and it's been less than 30 days), fill out our returns and exchanges form here and we'll take care of it.
