Our bags are made from sustainable materials such as recycled polypropylene.

The metal rivets are water-resistant, so you can take the bag with you wherever you go.

To secure the bag more tightly, you can place the linen pouch (which comes with the bag) inside it.

At Muntané BCN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the process is very simple:

  1. Return/exchange policy: You have 30 days from the delivery date. For items on sale or clearance, the return period is 14 calendar days, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Item condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the order arrives at our workshop. Shipping: Spain 3–5 business days, Portugal 4–6, France and the UK 4–10.

You will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking number for your package from Correos. Track your order on the Correos website.
Do you ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands?

Yes, of course. Although the shipping costs are a little higher.

How do I return or exchange the product?

If you don't like the product and want to exchange it (and it's been less than 14 days), please contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll send you a return label.
