How do they work?
It's very simple. Just select the value of the gift card you'd like to give, and you'll receive an email with the discount.
Each gift card comes with a unique code that can be redeemedat checkout.

Our bags are made with sustainable materials like recycled polypropylene.
The metal rivets are moisture-resistant, so you can take your bag everywhere.
For extra security, you can put the linen pouch (which comes with the bag) inside to close it.
At Muntané BCN, we want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If you need to make a return, it's super easy:
- Return/exchange period: You have 30 days from the delivery date. For items on sale or clearance, you have 14 calendar days, and the customer covers the return shipping cost.
- Item condition: Products must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Refund: We'll process it once your order arrives at our workshop. Shipping: Spain 3-5 business days, Portugal 4-6, France and UK 4-10.

How much is shipping?
- In mainland Spain, shipping costs €3.95.
- In Spain (Balearic Islands), shipping costs €5.60.
- In Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), shipping costs €9.44.
- In Portugal, shipping costs €5.79.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email, along with the package's tracking number from Correos. Track your order on the Correos website.
Do you ship to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife, and the Balearic Islands?
Yes, of course. Although the shipping costs are a little higher.
How do I return the product?
If you don't like the product and want to exchange it (and it's been less than 7 days), please contact us and we'll send you a return label.
You need to take the package and the label we provided to the post office and return it there.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged from shipping?
Please contact us to arrange a return.
